Our Live Raw Cold – Ground Walnut Powder is made from organic raw walnut cake that remains after oil is pressed using wooden press-barrels producing more protein and fiber with less fat. Walnut flour is a gluten free, cholesterol free, protein-packed nut-meal which offers a variety of benefits due to the rich content of unsaturated fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals that the walnut naturally contains. A significant composition of this flour includes rich sources of essential fatty acids: omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9, dietary fiber as well as a long list of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, E, A, K, calcium, iron, magnesium, and phosphorus.
